Advantages: 

You can find your childhood friends with whom you played when you were a kid , you enter the search engine at the top , you write your name and ready, identify it .

Disadvantages:

A disadvantage may be visible in Facebook is privacy , since before creating your profile must bear in mind that you want your contacts to see you to avoid problems in the future.
